Unlocking Demand in Your Real Estate Website

“Let’s get right to the point – we launched their real estate website in June 2015 and in no time they were experiencing so much traffic and incoming leads that they cut their advertising spend IN HALF, and still remain at appx. 98% occupancy. They literally don’t have any more apartments to rent out.”

THE PROBLEM: HOW TO MAKE A GREAT REAL ESTATE WEBSITE

We were commissioned by Elle Esse Group to design a new logo and real estate website for Eastchester Heights, a development owned by their client Taconic Partners.

Eastchester Heights is a community in the Bronx, NY offering middle-income housing and comfortable amenities in a part of the five boroughs where tenants don’t always have that option.

Prior to the rebuild,  Eastchester’s site was flash based, not mobile-friendly and was terribly dated.

The site needed to be approachable, friendly and easy to navigate on a mobile phone.

THE SOLUTION: SEO READY, MOBILE FRIENDLY, APPROACHABLE

What Taconic didn’t know at the time, was that their old website was a veritable logjam of traffic and leads that were looking for exactly what they offered – but they just couldn’t find it.

We launched their site in June 2015 and in no time they were experiencing so much traffic and incoming leads that they cut their advertising spend IN HALF, and still remain at approximately 98% occupancy. They literally don’t have any more apartments to rent out.

Results like that aren’t always typical, but in this case Eastchester Height was still using a Flash-based website which is a nightmare for SEO. By building the new site on WordPress, which is inherently SEO friendly, and focusing on keywords to curate the written content, they now have a site that is essentially maintenance free and pouring in leads.

The design of the site was intended to be colorful and approachable, as to not alienate any of the wonderfully diverse communities in the Bronx that might consider making Eastchester Heights their home. It was built on a parallax framework, making it very mobile-friendly and highly visual so that the wonderful pictures speak louder than words.
